The most curious thing is how Zalemark filed to cease operations in the state of California in which the company is domiciled.

I have a feeling it has to do with the Jewelry Television lawsuit and settlement - it appears they can't meet the terms and conditions of the settlement and are ceasing operations.

Shareholders are screwed on this deal.
