Really? 75 million OS? Confirmed with the TA Today, no less.

Well if that's accurate, Gregg just issued the last 6,050,000 shares he had to issue. In case you're unaware, that would be called DILUTION.

IF the OS is indeed 75 Million as stated, the AS is now MAXED.

The normal course will now be an INCREASE to the authorized, a REVERSE SPLIT, or BOTH.
