Monster is SUSPENDED in California,NGCG is not registered there. It's really very simple. All the rest is academic, a distraction. If you had read my post you would have saved yourself some trouble.

Type "GENERAL ELECTRIC COMPANY" in both and guess what? You'll see what a legitimate, legal corporation does. You'll also see many, many of their individual subsidiaries.

The parent company is the one I told you to type, GENERAL ELECTRIC COMPANY. It is indeed listed exactly that way in both the California and Delaware SOS databases, exactly as I said it was. That name also appears in the absurd list you complied, which apparently shows the results of a search for every company that's ever used the word "General" in their name.
