The CFO isn't lying...IPCI doesn't control when the FDA grants their decisions. So by Q3 results by/b4 October 15th when earnings hit I fully expect to see updates on Focalin and Rexista bioequivalence so we can better gauge how/when the next steps with the FDA should be forthcoming.

Focalin bioequivalence takes 60 days and Rexista bioequivalence takes 6 months...so updates on progress on both those fronts should be forthcoming in the Q exactly as the CFO told sprot
