To transact any business in California you must be registered as a business entity and registered with the FTB (Franchise Tax Board).

NGCG isn't registered as a business entity in California.

Have they been filing state income tax in California via Monster marketing or was that a ruse to evade taxes?

The question is, are they suspended in the state of DELAWARE?
Does NGCG have a current City business license and a current BOE resale permit? The problem is the other agencies have no clue what the other agencies are doing.

It doesn't matter about Delaware NGCG is domiciled in California - they are incorporated in Delaware - two different issues.
