A lot of big money is buying huge area's of land to build condos down here. High end $250,000 to $1 million. Wonder what they know?

Exactly. Look @ the rates. We did our 2nd and final refi about 2 years ago for 4.75 fixed. Now look @ it. I'm happy. 17 more payments and we're having a debt free party.
