Lol Plenty of reasons to own right now. Read the recent 8k again. Phase 3 will be completed ahead of time, in a couple of weeks with big box deals to follow. Everyone here is interested in this one or they wouldn't be here. Volumes picking up, more posts are being posted, this is going to erupt very soon and we all know it.
