Agreed. The debt restructure is what I am waiting on. I work with originating commercial loans for a major bank and doing so can take a couple of months depending on complexity. Given, this will not be a typical refinance of loans and will need lawyers for the specifics of the documentation. It is going to take some time.
With that said, my threshold for this being completed is around November. If we don't receive any word about by then, it may be time to move. All circumstantial of course.
