Lol answer me this, why bother consolidating the debt into one note that cant be converted until december, if this is a scam that you say it is. Makes no sense ;)

A company putting shares into a reserve account is not the same as announcing they are going to use those shares to dilute the market! Duh!

I expect to see a plan that will further consolidate more notes so that dilution is no longer an issue.

Question is.... Who will be long the stock during this time?
