To be fair, it is a valid question; however, I don't share the same conspiratorial view as some apparently do about this. I have to believe there is a good reason for this. It may come to light at the hearings. I still believe, IMHO, that it is worded this way as one measure to help prevent a potential hostile takeover of the company. We'll see. Just a guess.
