Honestly I can't think of a merger scenario where we wouldn't get screwed. It has to be a bigger and financially strong company which means the benefit of any discovery will be severely watered down. The best scenario I can think of is get the damn IRS refund, sell Oando, cut costs to the bone, sell off another piece of Kenya only if it is absolutely necessary, and hope for a discovery in the last well that ERHC may ever be a party to.
