Headline: Access to the latest treatments: the second paragraph starts with an example and they gave clearly AEZS's cancer drug name.

How is this leaked news? It says it is "expected" to be FDA approved. Plus what about the CRL from earlier this year? That was supposed to be the next newest and best thing ever.
