Why do you disregard the facts that FDA looked at the "salvaged data", gave its OK to proceed with Phase 3 and awarded Fast Track designation to that Phase 3 clinical trial?

Don't forget, the Salvaged DATA was better than what was originally released.. Well that is what Management stated after they did their own "internal" review.

So in September 2012 a deal was ready to be signed.. Data was salvaged in December 2012 and the data was MUCH BETTER.. yet here PPHM is almost 3 years later and no PARTNER with any sort of FUNDING..

Oh wait.. I forgot.. Management somehow magically also had a better Understanding of the MOA, and know that what they have is SO MUCH MORE VALUABLE than what the ABBVIE Deal offered, that they went ahead and double the TOTAL OS at around $1.40 or less per share... Way to Go!!!!

You obviously haven't been paying close attention to this board realist. They have an answer to that one, as well as everything else.

Subsequent to the botched trial(I think after our huge payout, it is safe to call it that again), we uncovered some additional information about bavi's moa which makes us worth multiples of whatever Abbvie was allegedly ready to pay. Please do not concern yourself with the ever declining pps, that has nothing to do with anything. Gild's $24b wouldn't be enough to buy a fraction of this company according to many here.
