The risks isn't for everyone. Not sure what....

you mean....."dragging the ocean floor". EXPL doesn't drag the floor. They are seizing the wreck as ordered and appointed by the Court to do so.

And to date they're are NO CLAIMS.

I like the risks here. There's no guarantee, I understand that, and I'm good with that.
