running away from liabilities by setting up new LLCs
in different states. Secondly also, it shows that
your illustrius favorite Chairman wasn't smart enough
to stay out of such a predicament to begin with. And
you think that running away from $1.4 million LLC
liability by closing the LLC down solves the stupidity?
Didn't a $48K judgment chase Koch from California to
Florida? Koch obviously personally signed liability
there and that's why they went after him directly in
Florida.
