Court judge did NOT sign an order on January 24, 2014 (case
# 05-2013-CA-26058) that transferred the $1.4 million final
summary judgment order against Cox's Carbolosic Corporation to
De Liege's Carbolosic Holdings, LLC (a Delaware LLC)?

Are you tyring to say that it's OK for De Liege to just shut
down Carbolosic Holdings, LLC (his Delaware LLC) and open a
different Carbolosic company as a Florida LLC.?

Are you trying to say a Florida county judge did NOT
transfer that liability to De Liege's Carbolosic in Delaware?

Are you trying to say that that substantial liability was NOT
incurred by Cox in his pursuit of commercializing CTS as you
said he did not pursue CTS before? You said that he pursued
a different technology that wasn't CTS. If you R trying to
say that, what interest would De Liege have in Cox's older
technology that you said De Liege wanted nothing to do with!

Secondly, also I recommend the board readers take a look at case
number 05-2013-CA-26058. It's the same case number that
I posted in my last post. It's a final summary judgment
in Brevard County, FL. against Carbolsoic Corporation dated August
19, 2013 for $1,430.058.

That liability was transferred to Carbolosic Holdings, LLC
(specifically noted as a Delaware company by the court) January
6, 2014 in lieu of the judgment against Cox's Carbolosic Corporation.

If there are any doubts that this active final summary
judgment order against Carbolosic Holdings, LLC (a Delaware company
as specifiedby the court) dated January 6, 2014 has anything to do
with De Liege, this squashed that misconception:
