It's because the company manager is like a month on a light bulb. No direction, no game plan and when they finally get close to something they can run with....They change direction. The grass always looks greener on the other side of the fence. In the 20 plus years I have been involved with this company I have seen many changes to no avail. That's why you are seeing a 15 cent stock. They have been close in this arena but never hit the home run.
