ah, you are right. for some reason I was thinking maybe the tweet was more of an indirect announcement vs. an official PR that they are in walmart. I certainly don't know legalities involved. i concede to your point.
However, the one thing I disagree with you on is that you state it is amateur at best in regards to their PR for being in walmart early. I would rather call it bush league. haha, that is all.
