According to the latest press release the company has been positiong for the last 15 months. We should see some green towards the beginning of the year.
Higher volume is necessary to getting the price up. Low volume isn't credible + if they want to make major shifts then they have to exchange a large number of shares (i'll take a pump and dump at this point). Can only do like 20% of the average volume from past 30 days, which means right now they can only get like 20k shares (nothing in penny stock land...need millions).
