Since I live in Houston I decided to go look at 1517 San Jacinto. It is located in an old part of downtown Houston. It is in a rundown building and it is not Virtus Oil and Gas Corp. It is Horizon Nautical Inc. Don't invest in this business. This group is notorious for putting out bogus companies in an effort for their own financial gain.
