well from what i've seen on L2, it can't break .003 because of CD's being converted. Billion volume day and since then, a bunch of 200MM-300MM days with 20million blocks being slipped in at the 5th digit (.00235, .00215, .00195, etc). Once the dillution stops, yea...we'll break that penny range. HJOE has the same share structure and even tested a penny. I'm starting to see this being played out the same way, only good thing (thankfully) we have going here that HJOE doesn't...is TBEV is actually current and releasing filings!
