kcflip: my educated guess is that by the time we get the EVSI dividend there will be news re what the company comprises. My feeling is that's why they postponed the date until the end of July...time to get everything set and to justify Frank's new position. That's the only thing that makes sense to me ... otherwise why take over a shell.

Is EVSI open for buying. I wonder now if it would be wise to pick up some shares now. That we know the company is in our hands. It may be a good buy.
