Baltia Air Lines Operations, based in Ypsilanti, Michigan at the Willow Run Airport is launching it's new Operations website which will be the new online source of the Baltia Manual Distribution System (BMDS). Our new website will provide for you many new features in addition to access to company manuals and forms as well as external manuals for use in the operations of our airline. Please check this new website out frequently to see the new additions each week as we add more functionality and tailor the site for the use of company personnel and external agencies, vendors and manufacturers. Technical Publications' Baltia Manual Distribution System (BMDS) is used to control Company, Manufacturer, Vendor Manuals and User Guides. In addition to Manuals and User Guides this website provides access to company Forms used throughout the manual system through the Forms tab in the main menu. Although the forms catalog is still under construction, you will have access to the Baltia Manual Distribution System and the Forms Catalog while work is being conducted to complete the library.
