You must have never taken economics. Basic supply demand fundamentals- that's what gives Corp paper value

The folks who have been sitting on this and accumulating are the ones who are going to ride off into the sunset. There will be increased demand as soon as the pending trial is over. Uncertainty will naturally create risk averse investors. It is a gamble, no doubt, but what isn't?
