"Positive" is an understatement. It will add much needed liquidity. It will pay down a lot of the debt eliminating millions in high rate interest. It will greatly add to the bottom line.

Any time ? Well that's convenient....nothing definitive .. I'm new here but this trade is sounding and trading alot like an OTC....this could make bank or be another ECIG or DNDN.....if anyone was going to buy thier asset, they would have done so by now....
