1. You say VISA has developed a 'protocol', so what, a protocol is not a patent, so that alone will not require any payment from SMME to have their card used by the market. Not only that, it sounds like the 'protocol' is exactly the same as what SMME are intending to use, so rather than being a problem, it could be a perfect match.
2. Forget SWIPE, they are still in R&D stage, their card is so thick you couldn't fit it in your pocket.
3. Everyone knows that the 464 has nothing to do with biometrics, so please stop using that statement as a negative for SMME.
4. Finally, many here have asked you to provide evidence of patents etc that you say are owned by other companies, as that is the argument you are constantly pushing, however you continue to ignore those requests...why?
