Yes they did Monkeyfrog...but that issue was resolved. It was the reason the company filed BK a couple of years ago. And it was covered in a PR in 2005 where it was settled...it actually had a reverse effect in that the company had to carry it as dept on the books and when it was settle the debt was taken off the bottom line, which made the top line look much better.
If you know of a different situation we are not aware of could you please share it with the board...I am sure we would all be open about it.
