From the beginning I knew something was wrong with this company. I saw a few transactions happen early on that made me think that things were not be handled in an ethical sort of way (my opinion of course).
Since then, the things which were happening...especially those you mention in the post I'm replying to, killed this company.
I remember the lawsuits for breach of contract early on as well. It seemed to me that every deal that was done with this company (through all of the name changes) went sour. There was only one common denominator on those deals. My opinion of course.
Oh, and I'm not happy about anyone losing money here. I think it's horrible. I guess it's bittersweet that I was right, but some (including me) lost money on this company.
I believe all of the negative reviews about the company and the comments about run-ins with the "owner".
I'm confused on how this is going to go down, though. Management seems to have protected themselves from loss, but I'm not sure the company is worth what is owed to the management by the company to begin with.
Maybe we'll be in a whole new industry six months from now. I'm sure it will be the best thing, as it has continually been in the past.
