put a few bucks into TDAmeritrade, they have a good L2 platform that is free. There are other brokers who have free ones, check them out.

With Schwab I get Level II for free with StreetSmartEdge however, these conservative brokerages don't endorse OTC stocks and so all I see is the top BID & ASK. It shows the stack on "normal" stocks but the OTC tracking is not that good.
