But for real now. He is correct when it comes to VALUE dilution. In HIGH leverage use of raised cash dilution of value is theoretical. In each step of the road of the investment, being with initial founding capital or ATM capital, you have no idea in the end which part exactly provoked what leverage.

SO you need to look at the END RESULT. And then indeed with investments in Bavituximab there will be NO dilution. Only fear based dilution stories.

However the above is NOT TRUE for voting power. Each new share dilutes the voting power of EVERY existing share. But that is for those that care about voting power. I do vote but don't care about the voting power i care about the value and final Profit/Loss. hence i am never impressed by the dilution stories on this board.
