I have no idea what is going on here or how this company is structured. I checked Wyoming and Nevada for status on both Graffiti Entertainment and Signature Devices. Links I'm looking at below.

The Statute of Limitations is

still in effect. In addition, some of us voiced our concerns to the SEC immediately following that failed Graffiti Entertainment IPO. It's still an open case file with them. They should have updated us again as well; good news or bad. If this silence continues until end of year, we should consider asking them for additional case followup. JMHO
