Clearly when individuals are discussing owning the stock in double digit years, phase 3 being 21 months in - soon becomes rather a relative term. As far as I can tell the PPS has moved from .43 cent to $54 and everywhere in between. In essence, the PPS is closer to all time lows and the science is closer to being approved than at any other point in time in the history of the company. Still risky but nothing like the risk even 2/3 years ago.
