Wonder if the number turns out to be accurate to what the pr said. Guess we'll see eventually. Wonder why they need a 750M A/S? Seems that they should lower the A/S too if they're serious about lowering the outstanding share count.

The way this trades is all the confirmation we need. If the share structure was larger than stated, it would trade much more tightly. All trading indicators show a stock with a tiny share structure.

Thats great news GROC's website now shows the 80 million shares being cancelled updated share count of 127m, 40m more to go. Then send all the paperwork to the TA and make it official. Getting closer to the merger news I can feel it.
