CP.. with all due respect...

very simply, 175 million shares suggests we're not as close to approval and resulting share price increases as many here are anticipating.

"Yes I know, the PPS 1:11$, in Q1/2012 it was about 0.60$ after long slow decline while waiting for results. On Friday Sept 21th 2012 it closed 5.40$. In Q4/2011 and Q1/2012 it was also said: Look at the PPS 0.60$ Says it all.

If 175 mil additional shares are approved we will be back at .60 before you know it. Even though the science has progressed, these guys are not known for their good financial management (thank you Mr Lytle). I am VERY skeptical about giving them the whole cookie jar to pig out on.

I don't clearly understand why you are for giving them all these shares to spend when the more prudent approach would be a smaller authorization, like 50 million if they won't be used for years.

You invested 15 years ago knowing it would take 10-15 years? Why would someone do that? Clearly that initial investment would not (and did not) return $$ if you had the defining events 10-15 years in the future.

Some say the sabotage cost us 3/4 years because it was expected that bavi would be approved in 2013 on phII significant data so 3/4 years if approved in 2016/2017.

CP, which of the BOD member(s) do you think voted no on the increase of shares. I imagine it is SK, considering the other three have a long history together. This vote is more complicated since they are not all in agreement. Most probably means you have to vote against the guy who developed the science and dedicates his whole life to the company. The other three lead a penny stock company, driving the PPS into the dirt and get $1m/year to dial into 4 conference calls for PPHM. They also set their own comp plans with no oversight whatsoever. I think I will stand beside King and vote no.
