Exactly! I respect RRDog's opinion [he is one of the best that this board has] but..... With all the other landmines that this little company has to work around, I refuse to throw another one under their feet. .....and I would not do that all because I want to show them that they can't treat me this way. "I'll show them they can't do that" is quite adolescent, imo. Support them or invest elsewhere. (oh, I already said that)

They said the reason that they want the shares. I'm not sure why people here don't beleive them. No credibility I guess. Either that or people believe what they want to believe.

They don't need to be specific. Just say there are no plans to sell these shares via the ATM for the forseeable future at less than x price per share.
