I am not judging your information because I am not in this industry (biometric stocks that is) but I have a long history in the Police Investigative world and for me, if there are people like yourself (and some others I have read) who have gone to the SEC and complained of the nature of the running of the business of SMME then I am absolutely sure the SEC would at the very least conduct a precursor investigation and a trading halt placed on the company.
This has never happened and the company still trades - to what extent I do not know but there seems there must be some credibility to the SMME claims, don't you think?
