It looked like an opportunity to me as well Geo. I bought a bunch at $5.50. Hopefully it continues to churn forward from here. They remain profitable at a time when the REIT sentiment seems relatively poor. Seems like a buy to me... Plus the DIVI is just an added bonus. I'm looking for $7.00+ here.
