MINE....makes rational sense Dave but thinking like a greedy OTC CEO if it was me I would work with the MM's to run this up big pre R/S and have already voted to release shares day one after R/S to generate as much revenue as possible. At least I hope so so I can get out of this with as little damage as possible. IMO of course.
