Who really calls the shots at Sierra?

Meet Jamie Santiago Gomez, the man behind Medina Property Group, Sierra’s largest single creditor.

Jamie’s resume features impressive expertise and tons of experience in STOCK FRAUD and PUMP AND DUMP. Disbarred much earlier in his career as a securities broker (SEC News Digest, Oct. 1. 1993. Issue 93-190) , more recently, in 2010, he was the target of litigation by the SEC for his lead role in the scam that was Quri Resources.

You just have to read material at the links below, especially the SEC complaint. The similarities with our current Sierra story are obvious and scary;

Connection with an Ecuadorian mining company,

Ridiculous hype about projected profits and share price,

Phoney letter of intent,

Phoney claims about quality management team,

Misinformation floated to the market place,

and of course the Pump and Dump of shares orchestrated by Gomez.

Quri and Sierra; Déjà vu all over again.

Why would Gomez support Sierra’s half-assed “Plan for Reorganisation”? Well probably because he dreamt it up. Now that’s really interesting!
