I think Howdy was referning to what was written on the CD case, this is what it says:

"This CD is Enhanced with Mediamax software. Windows Compatible instructions: Insert disc into CD-ROM drive. Software will automatically install. If it doesn't, click on LaunchCD.exe....."

This to me is as plain as it gets.

I should note though....out of the 5 MediaMax CD's I have not all of them have this statement on the case: Anthony Hamilton, Velvet Revolver, and Julio Preciado's CD's have this statement, while Len Doolin and Cassidy's don't. I don't remember if there was a sticker on the outside wrapping instead.
