Maybe you should follow your own advice and actually read the filings thouroughly and understand what it is saying. This merger is NOT complete. The prior merger with Nord Oil did not state it would change it's name to Nord Oil as part of that merger. This one does so don't compare the two.

Here is a specific point in the filings that might help you understand where I am getting by information from.

4. OBLIGATIONS OF PARTIES Parties hereby acknowledge and agree to the following: 4.1 Each of the Parties shall execute such documents and other papers and take such further actions as may be reasonably required or desirable to carry out the provisions hereof and the transactions contemplated hereby. Each such Party shall use its best efforts to fulfill or obtain the fulfillment of the conditions of this Agreement.

Do you see the word contemplated after transactions? Here is the definition of the word for you.

Contemplated - To have in mind as an intention or possibility

I am a shareholder but I also am leary of Pinksheet stocks as you should be as well. Until they issue a PR stating the merger is complete and the company has changed it's name and symbol it is not complete. You can try to make me out to be a basher or an idiot that didn't read the filings but if you read the filings carefully you will see that I am correct.

Best of Luck to you.
