An LOI with a Texas Company would be huge news for the ordinary OTC Company, but NESV is not ordinary!!!

My hunch from limited intel I have is they are completing the acquisition and the first thing we will hear of it is when it is old news, share price will be further north of where it is today! But you can do the math and kick yourself when it is announced.
