CANF $$$$ 2 mil shares to be purchased by institutional investors at a discounted price (always discounted),...and imo institutional investors do not flip for beer money like retail, they're waiting for $80+++ PPS...this is why the response to the offering in Tel Aviv was positive...up 92%...this is likely to gap and run tomorrow and there will be less shares for short covering...looking forward to a massive squeeze!
