the ones that understand this are the ones that are buying, R/M, shell plays have seen the hugest PPS increases and Im going long on this one, so many R/S, not here they reduced the O/S cause they want the PPS to be NYSE/Nasdaq quickly, riding this one a long time to come GROC rocks
