Rochet.... Are you sure Frank is going to EVSI? I thought they said he was going to ActSoft which was going to be EVSI... But isn't... so basically he is jumping ship or being pushed out.

I've been holding on thinking I would at least get back to break even - don't think that is going to happen, getting out as much as I can tommorrow, take my losses and lick my wounds - hope I learned some lessons - expensive tuition though

Although I was not a participant in the CC, I share your view. The sales announcements people were posting (FEMA, Law enforcement agencies, PROSEC, Automakers) sound pretty DAMN BIG !!! I'm only going by what you guys were posting, I know the Actsoft deal sucks but what about these sales possibilities. If you guys can look past the Actsoft disappointment, those involved in the CC, these are good opportunities are they not? Having dealings like this already, maybe HISC might find a better merger partner.

IMO. EVSI is now a shell there ready for HISC uplisting once they develop a bit of a track record and get some sales orders final that will boost PPS. I think EVSI will be the new HISC when they do decide to uplist.
