Wow, I have been saying that someone should buy this ticker because it was still clean for almost 3 years and was worth it. Looks like someone finally got it. Hopefully, the filing means they are ready to get news going. It's a great ticker and moved to I believe $1 last time they ran it trying to finance a gold company they kept regular filings keeping the ticker clean. Looking at parties involved suggests reverse merger play probably gonna add some as a lottery play as actual filings have started and price still low.
