People would be willing to sell at 60 cents to a dollar, but not at 45 cents. It was tried and failed. Market makers are scratching their heads over the fact that a pink stock is moving up; but, they will soon learn that many people are willing to buy at higher levels after MMTC breaks though this barrier.
