I believe you can record as long as it's posted that the store does it. I don't think that anything was ever posted on YouTube about it though

I'm no attorney and this is all opinion. This looks like a trainwreck waiting to happen all over a pair of leggings and a bad yelp review. Refunding the money and throwing the leggings in the trash would have been less damaging than having potential customers read that awful review and thinking twice before buying from the store. I have a 100% feedback rating on Ebay for a reason. I accept returns in all cases even if I think the customer is full of shit. It's not worth losing future customers or damaging my rating because some asshole wants to return a product he shouldn't be able to under my return policy. Make an exception! Refusing a $50.00-$100.00 return isn't worth losing $1000.00 in potential sales for bad reviews. Posting a Youtube video of the incident will only make it worse imo. Even though I hate it sometimes, the customer is always right. Get over it imo.
