And make no mistake about. The rig was bought at police auction and was paid $ 30 K for it. All funds went to the city.

Only the " real owner " knows the facts. Honestly it's not something that I'd want to tell my friends either. That's why it's so unknown that it was.

Bought at police auction, Texas DMV issued a title to the new owner, and off to Belize it went. Had there been any question it never would have made it through customs. Unless they fell asleep at the switch as well ...lol
