Everything I posted is factual. The delisting process takes a long time. The $1 rule is real but it's not as if a company gets delisted immediately after falling below $1. PRSN is in danger of eventually being delisted in the next 6-12 months but they could very well be bankrupt before then or at least have resorted to toxic financing.
